How to Track Your Order
Within 5 business days after you place your order, we will send an email containing your tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout.
Once you receive the email, you can track your package in one of two ways:
1. Click the Link in the Email: The most convenient way is to simply click the tracking link we provide in the email. This link will take you directly to the shipping carrier's official website, where you can view your package's real-time location and its latest delivery status.
2. Track on Our Website:
o Visit our "Order Tracking" or "Track My Order" page, usually found at the top of our website.
o Enter your Order Number and Tracking Number received in your order confirmation email.
o Click the "Track" button to see your package's movement.
Shipping Timeline Overview
· Order Processing: We commit to processing your order and uploading tracking information within 5 business days after you place your order.
· Estimated Delivery: Under normal circumstances, your package is expected to be delivered within 15 calendar days after it has been shipped. Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, local logistics efficiency in the destination country/region, or force majeure events (e.g., severe weather, holidays).
Common Questions & Tips
· Tracking information not updating? When a package has just been shipped, tracking information may not appear immediately. It usually takes 24-48 hours for the first update to show. If it remains untracked for an extended period, please contact us.
· Package status shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it? Please first check your mailbox or if a neighbor or family member has received the package on your behalf. Sometimes couriers may leave packages in a discreet location. If you still cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier or us as soon as possible.
· Need to change the shipping address? Once an order has been shipped, we generally cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your address details carefully when placing your order.
